Excellent customer support

I am new to this hosting service and have to say they have the best customer support and service I have received in a long time from any company. Steven is very helpful and professional, walking me through how to use the service and even fixing my mistakes.

Dedicated Server Problems Fixed Fast, happy :)

I recently paid for a premium hardware dedicated Icarus server from Survival Servers and had some problems from the get go. After a couple of tickets with their customer support team, we managed to get everything figured out. The final problem was fixed with the help of Steven who was quick to reply and knowledgeable about all of the problems I was having.All of the team members that assisted me were kind and understanding and very patient which I often find rare when dealing with customer support teams of some other companies in my experience. But most of all I found it refreshing how fast they were to respond to my tickets. Usually within an hour at most I get a response which is so rare with customer support these days.I highly recommend giving Survival Servers a try if you are looking to open a dedicated game server regardless of what game it is. It can be pricey to pay for a game server but very much worth it in the long run.

Competent and nice support

Competent and nice support The supporters are actually quite nice, quick and competent (at least my dude Peter who helped me cancelling my subyscription). The server's are decent aswell and I never had any troubles.

IP issue with rented server

It turned out, that the server I rented had an IP issue. While mistakes can always happen, the customer support in the form of Steven was very fast and able to resolve my issue in no time at all.
