Wide variety of supported games. Server running well and the online control panel is easy to use. Customer support helped me with an account email issue very quickly after I made a ticket.

The hosting & customer service are excellent

You do all the basic retirements well: Your uptime has been close to 100%, I've maybe had a single server side error (a quick restart fixed it), your prices are reasonable, and your 2 UIs are well designed. This has been great for playing games with my international family and friends.But you also do the customer service part well. With Palworld 1.0, I was going to use y'all to host, but because I was a returning customer you gave me a 50% off coupon for the life of the server. That is an insane discount. Then when I was ready to switch to Valheim 1.0, I cancelled the Palworld server so that I could start a subscription for Valheim. When I realized that you allow the games to just be swapped, you revoked the cancellation within 30 minutes of me putting in a ticket. You didn't have to do that, and I would have gladly paid full price on the other server. Y'all are very kind and now I'm gonna have to explain to my wife why I am keeping this subscription even after I'm done playing through the games. Because I care, here is a single critique: The Billing portals and Gaming portals have always had a weird login problem. If I log into the gaming portal first, I can't get to the billing side, and vice versa. The workaround seems to be to log into the billing portal and click the link associated with the active server to go to the bropanel. Not sure if there are some SSO/token carryover issues, or if it is user error, but that is my experience. I'm really happy with y'all. Thank you for your hard work. Great company, fast servers, clean UI

Fantastic company. I've had severs with GameHostBros (Palworld) several times as my friends and I played on and off, with our most recent server being purchased for a year (which we got at a promotional price which was a great deal) as we have been really happy with the services provided. The game panel is easy to use, even for my inexperienced friends, the UI is clean and works on PC and Mobile for when you want to do updates on the go and there's lots of support available if required. Most importantly, the server runs extremely well. I previously hosted large Ark servers for many years with other companies and GameHostBros machines run smoother than many I've encountered over the years.I can highly recommend a server from GameHostBros. Thanks for the great server!

Great server host

I’ve rented servers from a few different sites but this one is my favorite. The one time I had an issue it was update related on the game side but still was kept in the loop through Game Host Bros. The interface (Bropanel) is easy enough to use even if you’ve never rented a server before. If you’re looking for a good server that’s priced competitively and works from the get go, I’d recommend this one without a doubt!
