What made the experience great were the fast responses to questions on the Discord server. Top tier customer support.What could be improved is that after I bought my server there was this “now what?” moment for launching my vintage story server. The online knowledge base was slim but when I joined the Discord all the answers were there from previous posts. Perhaps customers would appreciate a big banner or button on the dashboard pointing to the discord to get help setting up. This would be less work for you than maintaining a web page guide.
Great for vintage story.
Actually an excellent provider. Normally I would ignore providing a review, but my server was above and beyond what I truly needed and what few issues I had were quickly solved by customer service. Big ups.
Host has frequent connection issues
The site and everything is great, love how easy it is to start and manage a server through SUHosting, however the host keeps losing connection and freezing my server until I manually restart it. I will likely be looking into a more reliable alternative like a VSP to have more reliable connection
