Even when I made a mistake with a payment, they refunded it right away.I run a bigger project with multiple servers, and you can actually talk to them and work things out, including discounts. My players only give positive feedback, so the performance is outstanding.In 3 years, I’ve had around 1 hour of downtime in total related to server issues caused by Pinehosting. Shawkat had my server fixed after a database error. UNREAL how fast they are.Besides that, pinehosting is the standard. I run a massive The Isle server, and a good size rust server and they handle me well. Most people buy from them and resell so you should just contact them direct and save money and get the support you deserver
