Alexis W got my server up and running in no time.

Alexis W was a tremendous help. I was trying to switch the map on my server and even though its something I have done many times for some reason this time it just wasn't working and I couldn't figure it out. Alexis worked some magic on the backend and now everything is up and running. She was very responsive and nice. I hope if I ever need help again it will be her to answer the call.

Nitrado's support system is excellent

Nitrado's support system is excellent, truly could not ask for more. The AI is intuitive and very helpful, in the rare instance it cannot solve the problem the live agents are even better! Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable! They will have you up and running in no time!
