Unfortunately there was some load…
Unfortunately there was some load hitting Australia causing some bottle necks which I would have thought Nitrado would have redundancy in for which was alittle disappointing. But the customer service when I raised the issue was fantastic. I’m an assistant director for ICT so I know alittle bit about what I’m talking about around this sort of area but Edin K was the person that helped me and made me feel like I was in good hands and knew exactly what they were doing. We did a couple tests ended up having to move DC but will move back in a couple days. Edin was fantastic and gets 5 stars. The 4 stars was for the lack of redundancy in Nitrado.

Experience was great Edin.K was a great help and was able to quickly and effectively diagnose the issue and resolve it with little to no time. Friendly and easy to talk to. Got the server back up and running in no time for my friends and I to enjoy.
