connection issues with server
Had connection issues with my valheim server I rent from Nitrado, raised tickets but had no response or help from other Nitrado representatives until today when Edin K joined the chat and resolved all of my issues, even helped test the server was working properly with us. It wasn’t a quick fix but Edin stayed on the case. By far the best customer service I have received from any tech company, Nitrado need to look after people like Edin!

Reliable Game Servers with Excellent Support
My rented game servers have worked reliably without any issues. While the web interface could use some improvements, the support service is excellent.I encountered a problem where banning didn’t work properly on my ARK: Survival Evolved server, but the issue was quickly resolved via chat by Edin K.

Best customer support experience I've had in a long time
Have had no issues with Nitrado hosting our private Ark server, they've been very reliable. The one issue I did have was due to a mistake of my own so after speaking to the chat bot and a bit of a wait, I was eventually connected to Dennis S. who immediately worked on a resolution and to my great relief was able to get me back into my server right away. Super efficient, no nonsense and worth the money. Dennis you're a star, thank you!
