Quick and reliant help

Something was off the first time setting up the Valheim server (probably my mistake lol) and the support person was replying and helping me within 10 minutes. Couple messages back and forth and everything works. I'm honestly pleasantly surprised! 10/10

Great support that acts quick. They've helped a whole lot with a game that's really finicky (Pixark) and I appreciate the customer support! Server runs great too.

Have always had a great experience hosting with Logic Servers, and the service has always done exactly what I need it to do.I recently had my account hacked, and the team were exceptionally helpful in the account recovery process and responded to my queries VERY quickly. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

The service was wonderful

The service was wonderful. I’m not the smartest person when it comes to computers or hosting servers or any of that stuff. Took a bit of troubleshooting to get my server sorted out. But the team were there every step of the way and solved all my problems for me. Awesome job

The customer service was very lovely, they helped a ton with configuring and they were very polite as well. I haven't gotten good replies from other services.
