im setting up a modded minecraft server…
im setting up a modded minecraft server for me and my friends but if im being honest. i got no idea what im doing so i made 2 tickets. one with Indifferent Broccoli and one with lets just call them Dev Team since their the ones in charge of the mod pack, anyway it was nothing but problems. i couldn't get the server to start for 4 hours? by the time i made the ticket it was like 2am so it took until the next day but the quality of the service i received from indifferent compared to Dev team was so unimaginably better its actually insane. the devs basically said "its the hosting services fault we cant do anything about it, go pay more money for another server with our partner" Indifferent Star cooked, they basically fixed the Devs Mod pack, they like downloaded the server files, re formatted them, did a whole bunch of stuff i never would have been able to do myself. im not techy i just play games. and they made the mod pack that wasn't working, work. now i cant guarantee they can do that to just any modpack but i guarantee if you show them respect they will double down on it. Ive made quite a few tickets with Indifferent broccolis support team. this is just one of those times, but every single time has been quality service. no better support team honestly

10 Player Windrose
Have a 10 player Windrose server and so far the stability and ping have been solid. Also had to submit a support ticket (due to an error on my part) and their team was prompt and resolved it quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
Server works as it should no complaints.
