Quality Service & Good Customer Support

I've only been using GPortal's services for a short time, but my experience has been a good one. I needed some help moving a server and Jessica (customer support) was on it within a few minutes and had my issue resolved. The service was both timely and done with professional courtesy. Thumbs up from me!

Some Issues, however

Some Issues with the server failing to start, However as with every experience i have with Gportal staff and services they are very prompt to get it up and running this time was no difference, prompt service and got my new game server up and running so my boys are able to start our adventures into a new game

Gportal is a good if not the best option

If you are looking for a reliable service provider, Gportal is a safe choice. I have had servers for two different games through Gportal and they have worked great for me, except for small "bugs" that have appeared during game updates. In these situations, the customer service has been really impeccable and above all really fast.
