Shelly, Amyg, and Bo_g Turned a Terrible Experience Around
The first representative I spoke with showed little to no interest in helping me. Every response was essentially the same: "Not my problem." There was no effort to troubleshoot, investigate, or even point me in the right direction. It was one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've had.After several "Not Helpful" ratings and a strongly worded response expressing my frustration, my ticket was handed off. At first, I thought the original representative had finally decided to help—but it turned out I was now speaking with Shelly, and the difference was immediate.Shelly actually listened, collaborated with me, and worked through the problem instead of dismissing it. Together we discovered that my NVIDIA graphics driver needed to be updated. While that technically isn't a GPORTAL issue, it's absolutely the kind of information your support staff should know because it directly affects customers trying to connect to the servers they're paying to rent.After that, Amyg stepped in and went above and beyond by providing a screenshot that helped me locate my server after updating the graphics driver. That extra effort made the solution easy to follow.Finally, Bo_g wrapped everything up professionally and closed the ticket once the issue was resolved.To Shelly, Amyg, and Bo_g: thank you. You completely turned around what had started as an awful support experience. Your professionalism, willingness to investigate, and genuine desire to help are exactly what customer support should be.As for the first representative, I sincerely hope I am never assigned to them again. The contrast between their dismissive attitude and the excellent service provided by the other three couldn't have been more obvious.

I was definitly not nice. I had harsh day so I had a harsh writing even if i was mad the support agent rainerf was so nice to give me 3 days for free because I had not enough money to pay the server and so I was able to safe my world.
