Customer service reached out and refunded me

I had contacted customer service when my subscription automatically renewed for 6 months. While initially refusing to refund, they later agreed to based on my quick contact after the charge.The server itself had generally been of good quality, and I am only closing the account because I am moving to locally hosting.

I've had some issues with making a minecraft server

I've had some issues with making a server and an account. thankfully the support team here is very active and tells me what to do step by step. They find the issue within seconds. I am super thankful for this efficient service mainly because I am sick and tired of these "AI costumer service" chatbots. Thanks!

Good hosting

This hosting is really good, fast service, great servers and they dont lag. Cheap plans and everything. Empower servers administration respond fast and they give really good help.

A little trouble but speedy recovery.

At the beginning there was an issue with payment where it took the money and didn't update the invoice and requested payment again however I opened a dispute and i quickly received a response from mark, he said that it was an issue on their side with my payment, full refund and a free server was given. Mark was a great help thank you. I would recommend this service. Cheap servers and excellent staff. would recommend 100%.

Easiest the cheapest and fasted host I have ever used

I currently own a server located in the Asia Region and everything has been a smooth ride so far. it is the cheapest and easiest to config with support on standby with the quickest response I have ever get on a hosting plat form. Highly recommend.
