Helping seting up a map
The support helped me for half a day to get my map on my server. They have helped with fast reply for every step and helped me fix all the issues.Huge thanks to them!
Harvey is helpful
Harvey, my customer service guy always gets things done for me. He doesn't have to but he helped me with all the setup and even an update to my Minecraft server. Honestly, didn't expect the help he has given me. Even worked with me on Ram and settings to make sure I could host more than just 2 people. Not an expensive service either.
Combined the ram and storage
Amazing would 100% recommend Harvey when I wanted a refund on a plan that I bought that just went out of the refund period and I bought a new server and I asked if he could combine both of the ram and the storage and he did it without any questions very polite and would recommend to people who don't know if it is safe I can 100% guarantee that it is safe I originally thought it was unsafe and now I have bought 3 servers with them and they have all worked amazingly I know I can have my servers with them

A very good service
It def is not perfect but it is a VERY good hosting service! It is very cheap for what it is (compared to others) my only concern is the cpu usage tends to be a little high on servers compared to other services I have used which causes a little bit of lag at times (which is why its 4 not 5) but support is really nice and its really easy to use and setup as well. PERFECT for a group of 3-5 friends who just want to chill.
