Been using them for about 3 years and honestly a solid starting hoster. I do have to say their support team consistency which is one of their best features has gone a bit downhill with the response rates taking sometimes an entire day. The panel also has a few bugs and feartures that dont work but they are still fixing. Overall decent hosting though.

DedicatedMC has always been and will always be my absolute #1 choice for any server hosting site. I’ve tried a ton—the mainstream popular hosting sites like Bisect, GTX, etc., and even some indie brands. Hands down, DedMC wins my heart time and time again and I always come back to them. 1. incredible, unbeatable pricing for the high-end quality of hardware.2. The customer service is HANDS DOWN the best, the fastest, the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced in my life. 3. THE SERVERS ARE NEVER DOWN—except for routine maintenance, which even then they provide plenty of advanced warning on multiple platforms. If a server does go down for any reason, they act VERY quick!4. Friendliness with staff and their discord. The people who work at DedMC are truly incredible, and they feel human rather than robotic or AI. They’re normal people, incredibly relatable and personable. 5. They care about their customers and recognize customer tenure6. The panel—god is it beautiful. Pterodactyl, beautifully designed.7. Ever since ownership of the company changed a year or two back, it’s only gotten better. They revamped their pricing, reworked partnerships behind the scenes to offer even higher quality equipment while focusing and stabilizing connections. This is especially relevant for their dedicated systems. Before the ownership change, dedicated machines in the US ran for a pretty high price—previous owner stated it was due to internet costs in America. The new owners completed changed their connections and it’s so much more affordable now!10/10 services, pricing, customer support, hardware quality and customer service. I have referred many gamer and developer friends over the years, and I will forever continue to do so.
