Customer support is very helpful!Starting a hosting server is very easy to set up! As someone who isn’t tech savvy, I really appreciate user friendly companies like this! It was finally my turn to set up a server and I got lucky as this whole process only took like a few minutes! Not to mention, the price was amongst the cheapest.The server run very smoothly, and customer support is fast at responding.I had an issue with my character stuttering in game (and none of my friends experienced this). Customer support was very helpful and quickly helped me resolve the issue.Special shoutout to Jess and Svante for helping me.

Just better AND cheaper
Just better AND cheaper. Never experienced server side lag with high player counts. Easy to navigate UI and mod installation. Never even had to reach out to support. Only thing I would add would be a way to see the specific player list not only how many players are on. (I'm talking about Minecraft)
