In the 6+ months I have used the service there hasn't been a single issue to speak of. Until today. When I was confronted with a server that wasn't updating I sought out Customer Service and met Juan. Juan was friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful. He knew just the issue and walked me through it in no time. What could've been a disaster turned into a quick 5 minute fix and I am very appreciative to have delt with Juan today. Easily the best customer service experience I have had in years.
