Great customer support and easy to use
Great customer support in my experience. Purchased a lengthy subscription for Discord bot hosting, but due to the architecture of my specific bot, it wasn't easily compatible with the pterodactyl panel software. When I realized this, I requested to cancel and refund my service due to my codebase's hosting requirements. They promptly responded, offered to help in any way they can, and quickly help refund if I wasn't happy with the panel after receiving assistance. While it didn't work out for my particular use case this time, I was very impressed with their service's ease of use and the responsiveness of the support team. My discord bot may have specific needs, but I'm definitely planning to use Cybrancee for my Minecraft server after the positive experience I've had!

My bot hosting server was having issues starting and stopping properly, and Juan was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.They checked the node status, reviewed the logs I provided, explained what might be causing the issue, and recommended a node migration when it looked like the current node could be unstable. Easy to setup my server, Good customer service that was fast and helpful, Easy to navigate website, I found cyberancee when trying to find a server for satisfactory. They had a good price so i gave it a shot. The server was easy to set up myself and they even had a game specific guide on how to set up the server just in case. The game had just updated and I had a server version mismatch. I talked to juan over the online chat and had my server back up and running in less than 5 minutes.
