Great experience with Rust server hosting

After looking into a few web hosting companies, I decided to go with Citadel servers for my rust server and haven't looked back since. The team has been incredibly helpful and supportive with the changes I have been trying to make on my server and I am quite pleased with the level of assistance I have been receiving. I appreciate the convenience of having support at any time of the day, especially since it is my first time hosting my own server. I frequently ran into road blocks which the chat support team politely and promptly handled. Overall, I feel that the value for money is great and would recommend Citadel servers to anyone looking to host a server for the first time.

Amazing Customer Support

I decided to go with Citadel with hosting my Arma 3 dedicated server after hearing great reviews. I initially had trouble setting up the server due to my own inexperience, breaking a few things on my end.So I decided to make a ticket. Luckily the support agents were quick to respond with relevant information, and in a day I had a professional response in which the technician troubleshooted my server and removed some broken mods that I had added, even providing screenshots from the Arma 3 Launcher Client to illustrate their points, and even going so far as to make a few changes to aid server stability.Majorly majorly impressed with Citadel's support.
