Great support team

This hosting has one of the best support teams i've ever met, and ive used a fair few of hosting sites before. Usually when my server breaks down and i write a ticket on diffrent sites they reply after 2 days and give me some useless information on how to fix the problem, but not here. Here on citadel host they replied just after something like 3 hours and instead of giving me useless info they just fixed the problem for me. I realy recommend this site for proffesional help

Amazing Customer Support

I decided to go with Citadel with hosting my Arma 3 dedicated server after hearing great reviews. I initially had trouble setting up the server due to my own inexperience, breaking a few things on my end.So I decided to make a ticket. Luckily the support agents were quick to respond with relevant information, and in a day I had a professional response in which the technician troubleshooted my server and removed some broken mods that I had added, even providing screenshots from the Arma 3 Launcher Client to illustrate their points, and even going so far as to make a few changes to aid server stability.Majorly majorly impressed with Citadel's support.

Stable and easy to setup

I did not have a hard time starting my server. Everything is simple to understand, especially the control panel.I am happy with the service and I recommend it.
