Amazing support on assetto corsa

I had a lot of trouble with my Assetto corsa server. I tried alot myself but could not figure it out. So I made a support ticket. There i met Dan L,HunterAnd Justin E. All three where super nice and tried their hardest it went on for a couple days but then Justin E came in with the W and asked me a simple question.Justin E asked if my track that I had penalty issues with had an AI folder on my local game files, wich it did. He simply told me to change the name from AI to ai_off and it worked instantly. Big thanks to the support team. I could write more but its just so much i could say after spending almost 3 days going back and forth with solutions and recommendations. With these amazing hard workers.

Really amazing support

Really amazing support. Even though I was im the wrong as I did not manage to correctly cancel my subscription, I was offered a full refund. There were problems with the site, as I could not access my own account. This one worker, named Corbin, extremely profficient, really fast with the responses, really concise and just seems like an amazing human being overall. Helped me out with cancelling my subscribtion and receiving my account back !In all honesty their support team might be equivalent to Valve's support. Had to use it before two times, both times was good, second time was even more amazing as I did not expect such efficiency and speed as I mentioned before. Really caught me off guard, but in a good way :))).I am very happy with their services and will definetely continue using bisect once I have more free time again :)).Thank You again Corbin !!!!
