Great Servers Great Support
Server performance is overall great for what I need. Any time I have an issue, as soon as I am put in contact with a human support person my problems are solved.
Excellent customer service
I had a very hard time setting up a server for the first time. Ended up getting help from Zach and he walked me through all the dumb mistakes I missed that caused things to crash. My niece will now be able to play with her family. I truly appreciate all the help

Apex is amazing! There are SO many guides to help you setting up exactly what you want. The program itself is super user friendly. But most of all, the customer support is amazing. Matias D. helped me and 'sorry I/we can't' isn't in his dictionary. He took all the time and effort it costs to help me and fix the problem, and even gave me a lot of extra (pro) tips to make everything a lot better and to help me getting the most out of the server, because I had 0 knowledge of this. 10/10
